Rancho Buena Vista High School’s Counseling Department is gearing up to host our 11th Annual Trade and Career Fair on April 26th. The goal of this event is to provide all of our students an opportunity to experience what the worlds of education and work have to offer them after high school. Each year roughly 60% of our graduating class goes to a community college, trade school, certificate program, and/or enters the work force. In an attempt to better prepare our students for their futures and to show them all their available options, we hope to partner with schools, programs, and employers like you, throughout our community.

Many of you joined us last year and we sincerely hope to work with you again this year! We will have tables and chairs set up for you inside our gymnasium. You will have the chance to interact directly with our student body. This is a terrific opportunity for your school or program to reach the youth of our community as we have many students searching for their appropriate career paths.

Set up and check in is 8:00am to 8:30am….and students will begin to arrive somewhere around 8:40am. We will conclude at student lunch, approximately 12 noon. We will provide coffee and snacks in the morning for you.

Please RSVP by replying to my email and provide us with the following information (Even if you have already RSVP’d previously):
•Name of Organization

•Number and names of people attending

•Special requests such as number of tables, need for electrical outlet, etc. (There are very few electrical outlets, so PLEASE bring an extension cord or two).

•I will send out a more detailed breakdown, parking info, etc. to those who RSVP yes.

If you have any questions or would like to request additional information, call 760-727-7284 ext. 72047. Thank you very much for your time and consideration. We hope to see you April 26th!
