Alta Vista Botanical Gardens is proud to announce the grand reopening of their gift shop. The quaint gift shop will open its doors on Saturday, July 13th from 10 am until 1 pm. To celebrate this event, there will be live harp music and a book signing by Tutu, author of “Our Path to Infinite Abundance”. In addition, the gift shop will offer a free gift with the purchase of an annual membership, free cookies with the purchase of coffee and a free snack with every $10 purchase.
The garden shop is about 350 sq. ft. The proceeds from the garden shop support Alta Vista Botanical Gardens.
Recently, the garden shop was remodeled and now offers plants, coffee, snacks, and garden themed gifts. Many of the items in the shop are hand made by local artists.
The gift shop is run solely by volunteers and still needs improvements. We are looking for generous people to help with our wish list. We need a window AC unit to cool the shop in the summer, 2 solar tubes to bring in more natural light and flooring for easy cleaning.
