Today, February 18, 2018, shortly before 1 pm, the Vista Sheriffs Department received a 911 call from a home at 855 Warmlands Avenue. When the Sheriffs entered the home, they found two deceased individuals. The following video statement was given by Rich Williams, Lieutenant from the Sheriffs Homicide Unit:
