On 10/29/18, at about 0915 hours, a Black male adult with a white towel wrapped around his head exposed his penis to passersby in the area of
333 N. Pacific Street, Oceanside. At about 1300 hours, the same suspect exposed his penis within the Discount Dance Supply store located at 2216 El Camino Real, Oceanside. The above images were captured by video surveillance at the store.
The Oceanside Police are looking to identify additional victims of indecent exposure.
