Oceanside Mayor Peter Weiss is asking our community to make a more sustainable Oceanside by participating in the Mayor’s Challenge for Water Conservation, a national competition to have the most residents conserve water and increase sustainability. Residents who pledge to conserve water, energy and other natural resources throughout Earth Month have a chance to win prizes if Oceanside wins, including paid utilities and home improvement shopping sprees.
