Additional Right of Way is required to accommodate the roundabout at the Pala Vista Drive intersection of S. Santa Fe Avenue. Phase III, the final phase of the project, covers the mid-600 block of S. Santa Fe Avenue to Civic Center Drive. Negotiations with the property owner have resulted in a Purchase and Sale Agreement for $600,000, an all-inclusive sum that represents the value of the real property, any claims for loss of goodwill, any claims for relocation benefits, and any and all other claims.
