Row-A-Thon Dedicated to Empowering Persons with Intellectual Disabilities

ABC Hopes is a 501(c)(3) non-profit whose mission is dedicated to empowering persons with intellectual disabilities. We have teamed up with two gyms in the Vista area and offer fitness classes weekly for persons with intellectual disabilities.
Three times a year, ABC Hopes hosts a Row-A-Thon to benefit local deserving families and organizations. On August 24th we will be teaming up with CrossFit Trifecta and Vista CrossFit to host our 2nd Annual Row A Thon in Vista.

The concept of the Row-A-Thon is simple: one stationary rower with ten teammates rowing 42,165 meters for time

Proceeds from this event go directly to the deserving families needs. This can be a great way to get involved with your community and row for a good cause. We encourage all ages and all fitness levels, friends, families and even your office “family” to put together a team and join in on this amazing event.

It is very important to our mission as an organization that we give back to others and we show our ABC Hopes participants how important this is. Each row that we host we are able to raise some funds that will directly impact a person or family in your community. The August 24th Row-A-Thon will be the 8th one we have hosted.
